reliableDrs — Cancellation Policy for Patients and Clients

This Cancellation Policy explains how patients and clients can cancel or reschedule appointments booked through reliableDrs, and the conditions under which such cancellations are accepted.

1. Cancellation by the patient or client

Patients and clients can cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by signing in to their reliableDrs account, navigating to the “My Appointments” section, and selecting the appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled. Guest users may cancel by visiting the appointment information page using their Appointment ID, or by contacting our support team.

2. Cancellation of pending requests

If your appointment is still in Requested status (awaiting acceptance by the doctor or therapist), you may cancel it at any time without charge. A full refund will be processed automatically.(Note: Appointments cannot be cancelled if the appointment start time is less than 24 hours away).

3. Cancellation by the doctor or therapist

If a doctor or therapist cancels a confirmed appointment, you will be notified immediately via SMS and email.  You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Rescheduling

If the appointment start time is more than 24 hours away, a option to reschedule will be available for the user in the appointment information page, which can be accessed via “Search Appointment” page for guest users and “My Appointments” page for registered users.

5. Refund processing for cancellations

All eligible refunds resulting from cancellations are governed by the reliableDrs Refund Policy and will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines stated there.
